Our services are in accordance with the conditions of engagement of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and the Association of Consulting Engineers of Nigeria (ACEN). The services include but are not limited to:

  • Commissioning of Appointment
  • Preparation of Preliminary Layout Drawings, Design Report and Budgetary Estimate for comments and approval by the Client Architects
  • Take the client's Instruction/Brief usually through the Project Managers/Architects
  • Preparation of Detail Drawings, Specifications, Bills of Quantities and other Contract Documents, Obtain Tenders, Evaluate them and Recommend the Best Offers to the Client
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate the work of the various Sub-Contractors, Suppliers etc.
  • Attendance at regular progress meetings, generally monthly, with Client Architect Contractors and Sub-Contractors
  • Witness commissioning of plant, services with client's staff
  • Issue completion certificates to Sub-Contractors
  • Co-ordinate the preparation, submission and approval of as-built drawings, operating manual of equipment
  • Carryout construction where so engaged e.g., turnkey projects: preparation of programme of works, installation of materials and equipment, testing, commissioning and provision of record materials; including training of maintenance personnel
